Bh&#257&#299 Bhairo&#7749's name occurs along with those of S&#257dh, Dev&#257, Jha&#7751&#7693&#257 and Bidh&#299&#257 in a contemporary Persian work, <i>Dabist&#257n-i-Maz&#257hib</i>. The author narrates an interesting anecdote to illustrate the Sikhs' belief in the One Unincarnated Supreme Being.</p>
