As recorded in Bh&#257&#299 Man&#299 Si&#7749gh, <i>Sikh&#257&#7749 d&#299 Bhagat M&#257l&#257</i>, he asked the Gur&#363 to indicate the way to release. The Gur&#363 said, "Meditate always on V&#257higur&#363 and make honest work your daily habit. "</p>
