BUDDHO, BHĀĪ, a washerman of Sultānpur Lodhī, embraced Sikh faith in the time of Gurū Amar Dās. Over the years, he became reputed for his piety. He once visited Amritsar with the saṅgat of his town and received blessing from Gurū Arjan.
