<p class="C1">&#65279CHANAULI (also called Charnaul&#299), village 10 km west of K&#299ratpur (310-11'N, 760-35'E) along the K&#299ratpur- N&#363rpur Bed&#299 road, is sacred to Gur&#363 Hargobind and Gur&#363 Har R&#257i both of whom visited it during their journeys to and from the Do&#257b&#257 region. The shrine in the village is known as Gurdw&#257r&#257 Gur&#363 Har R&#257i S&#257hib P&#257tsh&#257h&#299 Satv&#299&#7749. The present building was raised in 1977. The Gurdw&#257r&#257 is maintained by the local <i>sa&#7749gat</i>.</p>
