JAMBAR KALĀṄ, a village in Lahore district, had a historical gurdwārā in memory of Gurū Arjan, who once halted here during his travels in the region.Gurdwārā Dūkh Nivāran, as it was popularly known, had 165 acres of land attached to it and was administered by the Shiromaṇī Gurdwārā Parbandhak Committee. It was, however, abandoned in 1947 in the wake of partition.
