PHIRNĀ, BHĀĪ, a Sūd Khatrī, was a devoted Sikh of the time of Gurū Arjan. He once visited the Gurū at Amritsar and received instruction at his hands. Bhāī Phirnā's name figures in Bhāī Gurdās, Vārāṅ, XI.19.
