ṬHARVĀ, village in Ambālā district of Haryāṇā, 2 km from Lakhnaur, is sacred to Gurū Gobind Siṅgh who is said to have visited it during his stay at Lakhnaur in 1670-71. Gurdwārā Gurū Gobind Siṅgh Sāhib commemorating that visit consists of three rooms in a row with a walled compound in front. The shrine is maintained by the village saṅgat.
